Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Molteno Couture website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services

Molteno Couture provides custom couture design services, including:

• Bridal gown design and creation
• Matric dance dress design
• Evening wear and special occasion gowns
• Personal styling consultations
• Alterations and custom fitting services

Booking and Consultations

Appointments: All consultations must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

Orders and Payments

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to commence work on custom designs. The deposit amount will be communicated during your consultation.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required before final delivery. Payment plans may be available for larger orders - please inquire during your consultation.

Pricing: All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change. Your agreed price will be honored once work commences.

Custom Design Process

Timeline: Custom designs typically require 3-6 months for bridal gowns and 6-12 weeks for other garments. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee.

Fittings: Multiple fittings are required for custom pieces. Attendance at scheduled fittings is mandatory to ensure proper fit.

Changes: Minor design changes may be accommodated during the creation process. Significant changes may result in additional charges.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns during the creation process.

Intellectual Property

All designs, sketches, and creative work produced by Molteno Couture remain our intellectual property. We reserve the right to photograph completed garments for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Molteno Couture is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cape Town, South Africa.
